Keiko Kasza
** Pemenang 2004 Ladybug Award, 2006 Young Hoosier Books Award, 2006 Monarch Award, 2007 Golden Sower Award, dan award-award lainnya untuk My Lucky Day (Buku yang satu ini memang sangat beda dan bagus!)

Keiko lahir dan dibesarkan di salah satu pulau kecil di Jepang. Ia meneruskan kuliahnya di Amerika Serikat, di California State University of Northridge di bidang Graphic Design. Ia kemudian menikah dengan orang Amerika Serikat dan telah menetap di Indiana bersama suami dan 2 anak lelakinya.

Setelah menerbitkan 5 buku anak-anak di Jepang dan bekerja sebagai desainer grafis selama 14 tahun, di tahun 1988, Keiko memutuskan untuk menggunakan waktunya untuk menulis buku bergambar.
